Candle Safety & Liability Disclaimer

All Mountain River Candles products are handcrafted and intended for use by responsible adults. By purchasing and using our candles, you agree to the following safety terms:

Safe Burning Rules

• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Keep out of reach of children and pets
• Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials
• Keep wick trimmed to ¼ inch before each use
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
• Stop use when only ½ inch of wax remains
• Keep away from drafts, vents, and air currents

Limitation of Liability Mountain River Candles is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, handling, or storage of our products. By purchasing our candles, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to follow all safety guidelines. Mountain River Candles assumes no liability for incidents arising from failure to follow these instructions.

Use at Your Own Risk Our candles are sold as-is for personal enjoyment. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe use in their home or environment.
